Fire Command is built on one straightforward promise: we do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data. Your city, saves, and stats never leave your device.

Nothing. Fire Command has no accounts, no sign-up, and no login. We never ask for your name, email, phone number, or location. The app does not run analytics, crash reporting tied to your identity, or usage tracking. Your game state — depots, vehicles, firefighters, research progress, and statistics — is created and stored entirely on your device.
Because we do not collect any information, there is nothing for us to use, analyze, profile, share, or sell. Every feature — the city map, dispatch system, fire simulation, research tree, and local save file — runs entirely on-device without contacting our servers.
Your campaign is saved locally in the app's private Application Support directory as a JSON file. There is no cloud sync, no remote backup, and no transfer to external servers. Deleting the app permanently removes all associated save data from your device. Starting a new game from Settings overwrites the existing local save.
Fire Command includes no third-party analytics, advertising networks, trackers, social SDKs, or embedded marketing tools. The game does not link to external accounts and does not require an internet connection to play.
Since your information never travels over a network, it is not exposed to transmission or remote-storage risks. Your save data is protected by your device's operating-system sandbox and file protections. We keep the app's network footprint at zero by design.
Fire Command collects no personal data from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because the app gathers nothing from any user, it aligns with COPPA and similar child-privacy standards without requiring parental consent for data collection — there is no data to collect.
You are always in full control of your game data. Reset your campaign anytime from in-app Settings. Because there are no accounts or server-side backups, uninstalling the app permanently deletes all local progress. We recommend using your device's standard backup (such as iCloud Backup or a computer backup) if you want to preserve app data when switching devices.
Apple may process purchase, download, and device information according to its own privacy policy when you obtain Fire Command from the App Store. That processing is between you and Apple — Fire Command itself does not receive or store that information.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect improvements or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. The core commitment — no collection, no transmission, fully local gameplay — will not change.
